ensuring the team have everything they need for responding to medical emergencies, maintaining, raising awareness of and making sure members of the community are confident using local public access defibrillators.
We have to say a massive thank you to all of those who have supported us, we now have the new kit bags, new manikins and the training defibrillator we needed to be able to build public awareness of the public access defibrillators in the area and how they can be used to save lives.
We need funds to keep the PAD's stocked with in-date pads, as well as our responders stocked with consumables.
We are aiming to have public access defibrillators ideally within 2 minutes brisk walk of the main community areas within Balmedie, Belhelvie, Blackdog, Potterton and Whitecairns.
